Getting started

How to install and activate your indicator

Same process for all our products — 5 minutes, no hassle.

1. Import the .zip file you downloaded

Tools → Import

In the NinjaTrader Control Center, go to the "Tools" menu and open "Import".

NinjaScript Add-On...

Inside "Import", choose "NinjaScript Add-On..." (not "Backup File").

Select the .zip

Find the .zip you downloaded with your license key and open it. NinjaTrader installs it on its own.

2. Activate your license inside the indicator

Add the indicator to a chart, open its properties, and paste your key into the "License Key" field (inside the "License" group). Important: press Tab or click outside the field before clicking "OK" — if you close the window right after typing, NinjaTrader may not save the key.

🡒 Still shows red after activating? Check that the key is complete, with no spaces at the start or end. If it still doesn't work, email support@jmgindicators.com.
